Sharon has lived in Essex most of her life. Whilst admitting to dancing around her handbag, in heels, in the 70’s and 80’s, there is much more to this Essex girl than that. Having trained as a nurse and a social worker, Sharon’s most interested in people.

Latterly working in the customer care and estate agency business, she has a vast experience and knowledge of people’s interactions, their likes and dislikes as well as their passions. Her observations are key to much of what she writes about. From the school of hard knocks to the university of life, Sharon Harris has seen it all.
